Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal is fourteen days from the day

• on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered as a single item, or
• on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, or
• on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

Items must be returned unused with all tags and in the original packaging.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the receipt of your cancellation notice.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods.

You must return the goods promptly, and no later than fourteen days after notification of cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
