Shipping within Germany

• Free shipping with no minimum order value
• Shipping with DHL as an insured parcel
• Delivery time: 1–3 business days (during periods of high order volume, e.g., Christmas, delivery times may be longer)
• If you are not at home, the package can be picked up at the nearest post office within 7 days. The DHL courier will leave a notification in your mailbox.

Shipping within the EU

• Shipping costs: 13.90 €
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country

Shipping outside the EU

• Any customs duties and taxes are to be borne by the recipient
• Delivery times vary depending on the destination country
• The exact shipping costs will be displayed before completing the order

Shipping times

• Items marked "immediately available" will be shipped on the same or next business day after receipt of payment
• When you select a model, color, and size, the respective shipping times are displayed:
  • In stock in our warehouse: 1–2 days
  • In stock at the supplier: 1–2 weeks
  • Expected delivery time from the supplier: 2–3 weeks or as agreed

Order confirmation & shipment tracking

• After receiving your order you will receive a first confirmation by email
• Once your order has been processed and handed over to DHL, we will send you a second email with shipping confirmation
• The DHL tracking number for online tracking is included in this email

Return

• Returns within Germany are free of charge: we will provide a return label upon request
• Within the EU, returns are at the buyer’s expense
• For orders from non-EU countries, the return must be organized and paid for independently

Non-acceptance of the shipment

In case of refusal of acceptance through no fault of the seller, the following costs will be deducted from the purchase price:

• 9.95 € – Germany
• 29.29 € – EU
• 49.95 € – Worldwide shipping

Customs conditions

All deliveries are subject to the applicable customs regulations of the recipient country.

United Kingdom (UK)

• Up to £135: no customs duties and no import VAT, but UK Value Added Tax (VAT) is payable
• Over £135: the recipient bears customs duties and taxes

Switzerland

• The recipient bears VAT, customs duties and other import taxes
• Subsequent payment of VAT is not possible
